By connecting you with one of our Certified Engineers on staff; our technicians will do their best to advise and assist you in resolving system issues, recommending what parts to purchase for system resolutions, maintenance, and prevention, with the added convenience of an appointment. Especially helpful for customers who travel to/from their boat/RV. Get the service you need when you know you’ll be on board!
Once checkout is complete you will receive an email requesting basic system/model information ( ie. part number(s), photo(s)/Video(s), and a brief description of the system or parts issue). Providing this information in advance allows our technicians to provide the best service to you. APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, MONDAY – FRIDAY 9:00 am – 4:00 pm EST
We suggest spending some time on our YouTube page before booking your call. We have many videos that may actually answer the questions you have or at a minimum, they will help familiarize you with your system and define the nomenclature used by our engineers.
