The General Ecology #5 water filter kit is a our own rendition of what a simple yet effective water filtration system can be. It includes everything you need to place a filtration system between your freshwater tank and faucet. Includes the filter housing, #5 filter cartridge, braided stainless steel water line, compression adapters and mounting bracket.

Many of our customers have asked us how to get the most life out of their purification cartridge or asked us for a prefilter. For our customer’s convenience, we have put together the AquaPolish #5 Filter Kit. This kit includes everything you need for installing a prefilter with either a NaturePure or Seagull purifier. The AquaPolish #5 Filter Kit has a 2500 Gallon and a 2.5 GPM flow rate. The AP5 cartridge removes Chlorine, Particulates, Scale Sediment, Sediment, and Rust. Its 3-micron particle retention rating is a perfect prefilter. The housing of the prefilter is standard 1/2″ thread; we have included the 3/8 compression brass adapters to simplify installation.
