The floor flange seal sits at the critical junction between your toilet’s base and the floor flange or funnel, maintaining the air-tight barrier. Over time, heat cycling, hull movement, vibration, and the natural aging of the sponge material cause the seal to compress and lose its effectiveness.

This kit includes every component for a complete, professional-grade floor flange service:

• 1x Sponge-seal gasket (600341549)
• 4x Brass T-bolts
• 4x Stainless steel washers
• 4x Stainless steel nuts

Compatible with the following Dometic/Sealand VacuFlush and Traveler toilet models:

106, 111, 506+, 509+, 510+, 511+, 606, 706, 709, 711, 806, 906, 908, 910, 911, 980, 1006, 1048, 1106, 1606, 1609, 2010, 2011, 5006, 5009, and 5706.

Installation tips:

• Always replace the flange seal any time the toilet is removed from its base — even if the old seal looks intact. Re-compression of a used seal rarely achieves a reliable seal.
• Clean the floor flange surface of old sealant and debris before setting the new gasket. (Sealant should never be used)
• Hand-tighten the T-bolts in a cross pattern, then snug down evenly — do not overtighten, as this can crack toilet bases.

Need just the sponge-seal without the hardware? We also carry the Floor Flange Sponge-Seal (SKU 600341549) separately. For most full toilet removals and reinstallations, however, this complete kit is the better value and eliminates the risk of working with degraded hardware.
