Complete Vacuflush 4600 & 4800 Series Replacement Base. Due to several production changes and improvements in the base design. If the china bowl is in good condition, many customers choose a complete replacement base. Included with the base is a new seal kit and mounting hardware. The factory suggest using a inchpound torque wrench to tighten the now hardware. Factory torque spec is 23 inpounds.
