The Dometic slow close toilet seat for 500 and 5000 series Vacuflush heads is the ideal upgrade for your current head or a new build. The idea here is that in close quarters, or while underway in rough seas, you can prevent the banging and noise that occurs from the toilet seat lifting and crashing down. It’s also ideal for when you want peace and quiet for you and your guests late at night. A slow close toilet seat can prevent waking up others from accidentally dropping the lid. Additionally, it’s simply a nicer way to deal with a toilet and brings some of the luxury of a residential toilet to your boat or RV.
